    Happy New Year Everyone!!!

I'd like to know if anyone has used 2Checkout.com and what they think about it.

    Is it a decent outfit?

    Thanks...

I haven't used their service so don't know the quality buy, their fees are WAY TOO expensive:

To accept $100 you gotta pay them $6
To accept $20 you gotta pay them $1.55

    plus set up fee.

There are many other better alternatives.

I hear they are pretty good, but I've had three times I tried to make a purchase that did not go through and had to contact the merchant directly.

    Thanks for the responses.
Besides Authorize.net what other Internet payment systems could you suggest?

We dropped 2checkout. They used to be decent, but are now nothing but hassles and unanswered support emails.

We use authorize.net and wellsfargo and are very happy and impressed with the level of service offered.

2checkout might be okay if you were only selling a few hundred dollars of stuff a month - but even then.

They now hold 5% of your money for an extended period of time and your customers are not your customers - they are 2checkouts customers. You sell your product to 2checkout, who sells it to the end user. I am uncomfortable with that.

I'll check them out. I've banked with Wells Fargo for years now.

    Thank you...

Search here & elsewhere for comments about 2Checkout.com ...I wasn't pleased at all when I tried to sign up, but luckily I found out soon enough & was able to go w/ another company...
