Finished the Tour de Cure Ride for Diabetes
I mentioned last month that I fell off my bike and bruised a rib or too, but fortunately that healed up quickly. I was able to ride to the top of Mt Hood and out to Hood River, Oregon this last weekend for a 75-mile charity ride, to raise money for the American Diabetes Association.

Here's me and my riding buddy at the 6000-ft Timberline summit on Mt Hood: http://www.roadbikeaddicts.com

We were able to get sponsored by Performance Bike Shop, but next time I'll get started a lot earlier and hopefully will be able to raise a lot more money for the cause!

    Congratulations!

I'm glad you healed quickly and hope you'll post again when you complete your first century ride.
