Mozilla Firefox eBay Edition... Any effect on commissions?
Saw this posted on the eBay Affiliate board... darned good question:

This may sound like a silly question, but I'd like someone to put my mind at ease nonetheless.

I'm assuming that the new eBay edition of Firefox incorporates its own tracking methods and, whenever a user places a bid through the browser, Mozilla Foundation will get some commission from the purchase. My question is; if my program sends a user to eBay (via my tracking link) through their default browser, which happens to be the eBay edition of Firefox, who will receive the tracking commission, my company or Mozilla Foundation?
    Any ideas?

Should be easy to find out if someone wants to install it and sniff the connection.

According to the FAQ at Mozilla, it only works at eBay UK, Germany and France so far.

Does it produce a specific browser footprint in server logs?
