    Can't View Performance Reports
    I'm unable to view performance reports. I can get transactions reports, but when I click on Performance report link, the page just keeps on loading, and then timeout. This has been happening for more than 24 hour now.

    Is any one else here facing this kind of problem ?

    Same here. It has been going on for about a day now. My balance has been fluctuating way up and down too.

    Advertiser side also can't view performance reports.

    Yesterday as we all know we couldn't access much, access was intermittant, today I can access everything but the performance reports. How about we have full access for everything we pay for, all the time?

    Nah, that would be too much to ask for. On top of that, CJ's client support (for advertisers & publishers) is not in the office due to a company event! I'm sure our account rep is also gone for the day, great time to leave the office.

    The whole situation is unbelievable (yet expected, it happens every month because "the system has to process payments"). The system is down so often, yet CJ still gets their 30% because no SLAs are written into the contracts.

    Hard to believe tracking isn't affecting during times like this...

    I agree. It makes you wonder why ones balance yo-yos up and down at the same time. I know what it looks like but I just can't bring myself to say it here.

    Their tracking system is a separate system than the frontend. I'm pretty confident that tracking isn't affected, since the advertiser accounts that I consult with do NOT have any noticeable changes in stats on days where the frontend is slow.

    If you click the Reports tab, you'll see the breakdown of your balance. The balance amount at the top may change because commissions go from New to Locked (or other status changes). I've never seen commissions disappear. See http://forum.abestweb.com/showthread.php?t=75801 , it's one of the stickied posts in this forum.
