    RSS Feeds(?)
    I have wanted to add an RSS Feed to one of my site but have gotten hopelessly lost in the process.

    Can anyone point me in th eright direction??

    It depends on what you mean by "add an RSS feed to one of my sites." Do you mean making your site content available to subscribers via RSS? Or do you mean using relevant RSS feeds from other sites to add content to your own sites?

    I'm not fully clear on either method, but I do know there are distinctions.

    I use a very simple CMS on some of my sites, which includes an RSS "news reader" module. The news reader module allows me to find an RSS feed with content relevant to the site, insert the URL of the RSS feed, and have the RSS feed display on my site, with options to limit the number of items displayed and the interval for updating the feed.

    BTW -- if you aren't aware, Avantlink merchant network offers a lot of their merchant's products, coupon specials, etc., via RSS. They have a forum here.

    Try SimplePie.org for an RSS Reader..
    there are several different ways to "pull" in RSS feeds...
    It's easy to set up and understand...........

    Yes, I am looking to make my site content available to subscribers via an RSS feed ,and I have been pointed in the right direction by a fellow forum member.
