    I run an online store

I think most AOL users are fairly new to the internet/computers.

    My Usability Theory.
To test a sites usability (how easy the site is to use) compare the number of AOL users that use the site with other similar sites, the most usable site will have a higher proportion of AOL users.

    Does that make any sense?
    Shoot me down in flames.
