Looks like we still have 30 Million Gator users to deal with coming to our sites and getting pop-ups. The lawsuit was settled instead of going to court!

Only thing we need to pull from this lawyer wimpout case is if the judge granted the plaintiffs legal fees and court expenses. If he did then the legal cash sucking sharks should all jump on similar cases assured they can recover their expenses.
If they won't adopt and feed a bird ..flip them one! BBQ some Gator and remember to flush WhenU..

I don't think anyone expected it to go to court!
Of course the parties who initiated the action were only looking for a remedy for their sites, why should they give a damn about affiliates?
On the other hand the TigerDirect Lawsuit can help merchants and affiliates alike if enough join to make it a class action. Affiliates will need to put up $3-5K and merchants $20-30K to be a named party but many have not! If anyone is interested in participating in the class please email me email@example.com
