    NEW YORK August 20, 2007 Nielsen//NetRatings reports July 2007 data for the Top U.S. Search Providers.
    Top search providers, ranked by total searches. Searches represent the total number of queries conducted at the provider.

    Msn is showing a 94% increase year over year

    1. Google Search 4,143,752 49.3% 53.3%
    2. Yahoo! Search 1,559,745 15.9% 20.1%

    4. AOL Search 407,988 14.9% 5.2%

    Thats good to hear I really like MSN and Yahoo! I only use Google when I know the specifics of my search. Otherwise MSN and Yahoo! give me more variety.

    Right. One of the features they advertise is how you can change the background of search homepage to colorful images as opposed to Google's white background. That must have converted 2 or maybe 3 people.

    Guess they don't know about iGoogle where you can completely customize your Google search page....

    I don't use MSN for search, only to check and see if I am listed. I wonder if their ranking is going up because of tools like the one I use that lets me search for my site links across all three engines. I don't actually use Yahoo or MSN for real searches
