    How long would you wait?
Just curious. I have sent emails to the folks at Performics for assistance in getting approvals on programs that declined us earlier this year. How long would you wait to hear from them before you send another email? The fourth quarter is coming - our traffic/conversions for other networks just keep getting better everyday and we would love to start promoting some of the merchants that just keep saying no.

We don't want to be pests - but Performics, help us help you.

No response - or the merchants saying no - should tell you all that you need to know.

    They don't want you.

Move on to another network like SAS.

I do see burgerboy's point in that if they are not answering, how good a merchant are they tho.(if in fact thats what he was implying)

I have found that emailing the AM and asking to be accepted and that you are keen to drive sales to them has quite often made them take a second look at your aplication and quite often accept you.

worth a try if your that keen to promote them ( good luck)

I going to try again soon with a few merchants.

"Move on to another network like SAS."

Merchant. If they're on Performics, they're on Performics. Doesn't matter the network, merchants can decline you everywhere.

There are too many merchants out there that all sell the same thing to have to beg a merchant to let you make money for them.

Sometimes people like shopping at their favorite stores. There could be others selling the same thing but people have their favorite stores.

I had a case like that where the network auto rejected me and the AM confirmed through emails that he wanted me in. I got tired of waiting on him to iron it out and moved on.

    Hello,

I apologize that you did not yet receive a response. Emails are typically responded to within 1-2 business days. You can also call 800-404-9332 for assistance between 7-7 CST Monday-Friday.

Can you please forward me your email and I will have someone reapply you to the programs you have been declined for?

Please be advised that every advertiser has different approval criteria. If you have additional websites to review, please also indicate this in your email.

    Thank you,

Thanks Jamie for the quick response to my e-mail!

Hopefully, we get acceptance to some of these programs that our visitors have been asking about.

    Cheers!
