75% of the sales are being reversed. I'm going to do a few tests and see what happens.

Last year I got reversed in a month alot of sales but was an error because the sale were getting reversed after only 30 minutes from the sale.
All of this type of reversal were approved in bulk after I complained to Linkshare and provided an Excel file with my demonstration.
It took me one month to get to them though
That was a sad period for me
Right now I don't have this problem, and the % of reversals from Vitacost is not that high.
I am curious what's happening to you.
    Keep us informed.
    Best regards.

    Hello.
They just reduced the cookie to 20 days.
I spoked to the AM and complain that every year they "punish" me for greatly increasing their sales.
At first he was nice but then stopped answering my email, even though he acknowledged that I am one of their top affiliates.
So I started to change links to another merchants with cookies bigger that 60 days.
They basically will loose me in the next 2-3 months.
Right now I have more sales as non commisionable than the commisionable ones and I see, as you, increasing returns.
    Happy Holidays!

They are going to lose me also because of the reduced return days. I tried contacting them numerous times by telephone and email and they don't respond. Goodbye Vitacost.

Well, after the email I got from them today I may be looking for a new company to promote.

Why is it these companies let us build up their business for them then they dump us once they've got all the customers?

The amount of sales from my site in the last 6 months: $345,473.72 - to Vitacost.
Now they dump me because of really stupid management decisions.

Any merchants there that can tell me if this amount is good to mantain an affiliate?

    Thanks.

    Thumbs down
This is the response I just recvd after asking if I can still stay in the program:

"There was a management decision to go in a different direction. Our private program will be focused almost exclusively on health related content. There's a possibility that we will be adding affiliates back into the program once we get a baseline for the private program. Your site will be considered for future inclusion.

    Thank you,

    Elan"

    Nice.

    I received the same.
    This is beyond stupid.
    OR AM I CRAZY???

I am getting new clients and massive sales for them as we speak.
Let's be clear here, once I delete my datafeed from them and replace with others, there is no going back, even if I will be reconsidered
I ain't gonna do the work twice just because they like screwing me, and other people for that matter.
