Talking The new FDA approved OTC diet pill
    Anyone try it yet (A11i)?

Would love to know what you think about it.

Okay, I better get back to work. ABW is just such a nice diversion from the daily grind.

    Hi Gina,

My wife is using it. She has lost about 30 pounds over the last several months with no changes except the Alli. She is happy so far with it.

Anyone have a link to information about it? Or what the brand name is, I googled A11i and didn't find anything.

    That's because it's called Alli.

    Hi,

She started on some ion pills that were costing about $400+ for a 90 day supply. She lost about 15 with this in a couple of months. Then when Alli became available, she decided to try it since the cost was sooo much less. In a couple of months on Alli, she's lost another 15 and is very pleased to have made the switch. (So is the bank account).

She hasn't had the bad effects mentioned in the above article, but she is a bit more careful with what she's eating.

I love the descriptions of the "Alli oops" in the linked article!

"(I)íve pooped my pants 3 times today, and sorry to get descriptive but it even leaked onto the couch at one point!"

"(Y)a know how when you start moving around in the morning ya pass a little gas. Well, I did and then went into the bathroom and to my horror I had an orange river of grease running down my leg."

Hilarious! (Unless it happens to you, I suppose.)

Cooley's right! You tell me what the ladies are gonna like more a beer belly or a skinny guy that craps himself. However, I heard you only get a case of the leaks pending the types of food you eat. Either way who wants the leaks.

From what I understand, if you eat FAT that happens. It is sort of like behavior modification. In my opinion, why not just STOP eating fat? Seems easier, less costly, and more sanitary... All I can say is EEEEWWWWWW!

It claims to help you lose an extra 1/2 of what you would normally lose without it. Like if you lose 10 pounds, with Alli, you'll lose 15. Orange grease would be a good deterrent to eating fat, especially if you have plans to leave the house. I've been tempted to buy it ($50 here) but I can't seem to stay away from butter.
