October 1st, 2007, 10:10 AM #1Where can I find models images to use for banners & throught our site?
I hope that this is the right place to ask this question, if not, I do apologize in advance.
I am looking for images for banners and home page for our site. Our site is a high end fashion website. The images that I am looking for are for Fashion Models, they need to be elegant and classy.
Does anyone know of a website that I can use. The ones I looked at are very pricey (over $400 per month), there must be some cheaper out there.
Looking forward to your guidance.

Might try photospin.comI would rather live my life as if there is a God and die
to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there
isn't and die to find out there is.

You could try photodisc, they have thousands if not millions of royalty free images. I have used on occasions for clients.

I have used istockphoto .com and fotosearch .com for individual pieces and maintain an annual subscription to ClipArt .com - for doing my own thing when "decorating" pages.
However, for a couple of "serious" and recent projects I have retained Alex at www.AlexBet.com. He recently completed two projects for me and is currently working on another. I have been very pleased with his work.

sxc.hu has tons of great photos, most royalty-free.
I have used them extensively for print ads. Just be sure to read the user agreement.

I'd just ask Rolet, Rexanne, Loxly and a few other fine ladies to send you their pictures - pay them instead!
