    RSS Vs. API
As an Affiliate, which do you find more useful, RSS or an API, and Why?

I would like to add new tools for my affiliates, but need to prioritize.

    Thanks for any feedback.

As long as the same data is being offered, I don't care whether it's RSS, an API, or some simpler custom format. I tend not to like RSS because I've never seen a merchant offer what I need in RSS. The data is usually incomplete. An API is a lot more complex, but a merchant who invests that much time into something usually has a good understanding of what data is needed.
