    Hi All,

We spun off our Partnerific (affiliate recruitment) service from LinkProfits (affiliate program management) a couple months ago and it's doing quite well. Consequently, we're in need of a couple more people to serve in the role of Partnering Coordinator. You can read a job description here:

    http://www.linkprofits.com/employment.html#coord

Basically, the job involves working independently, searching the Web (and using great boards like this one) in order to find appropriate partners for our merchant clients. The salary is entry level, but there are opportunities for bonuses.

If you're interested, please write me and tell me a bit about yourself.

BTW, we do have an Agent Referral program for both LinkProfits and Partnerific. Info and how to apply are located on each site.

    Best regards,

    Jim

I'm afraid white text on a black background puts me off immediately and I reach for the old 'back' button without reading the information...

Besides the site color which is not black but a rich looking Teal (IMO) I wanted to mention that Jim Gribble and his companies are great. You can read some old threads about his integrity and strong background in the industry. I do some work with him and would highly recommend his services. The way Partnerific is growing he will really need some help, so if you want to make some extra money you should check out the info.

Although I have not had the pleasure to meet Jim, he, indeed, has a very good reputation and background.

    Welcome to ABW Jim

Woo Hoo! Look at all that hidden text on the bottom of his index page! Talk about obvious and shady SEO tactics!

    Linda,

Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see the "invisible" text. I wonder why invisible?

    Jim,

Welcome and show us the "text" please!

Where do you see invisible text?
I use Ctrl A but don't see anything that isn't visible anyway?

    thanks for the welcomes!

gosh, we didn't put the text there to fool anybody. All anyone has to do is highlight it if they want to read it. I figure it's our site and it should have links to our other sites -- that's just good seo management isn't it? If you have suggestions on how this can be accomplished in another way, I'm all ears.

    Ahh!
Now I see it! On the home page.
    (I must stop drinking...)
I don't have a problem with people doing it, I was just worried that I couldn't see it.

Whoa Jim, never noticed that before. You could get banned by search engines for that. It's not only nearly invisible but tiny text. Call me and I'll give a better way to do it without make the SE Gods mad, that will achieve the same results.

Yeah, search engines HATE hidden text. You could get slapped with a serious spammer penalty or even banning as AMConsulting pointed out.

Well you all can complain all you want about hidden text but the site has a pr6. I think this proves of yet another lie spread by the search engine companies whom have no way of warding off this type of stuff in masses.

Great! You can have a bookmark/link in the main section pointing to that text section below. That will make it 110% legit. Google God will bless you!
