Which Merchants Do You Wish Had An Affiliate Program? Networks Take A Look
There's an old thread from 2004 on this

    http://forum.abestweb.com/showthread...t=pottery+barn

and back then Crutchfield, Home Depot, Newegg, Itunes didn't have an open program but now they do.

But wanted to get a new one, so if anybody from a network is reading, get your best sales person on them

I've seen Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works get mentioned but I don't have much hope on any of the Limited Brands starting one.

Here's some I would like to see, even if just a few get a program, I'll be happy. Free free to add on:

    Crate and Barrel
    Ikea
    Pier One Imports
    Pottery Barn
    Hobby Lobby
CDW.com - only top 10 merchant that doesn't have an affiliate program

I see these getting searched on from my site:

Bulbs.com - thought it was another flower bulb merchant but looks like a great light bulb merchant

    Cutlery And More

Skinit.com I get a lot of searches on that one.

Will keep an eye open for more.

I have a site related to moving, and really wish UHaul provided an affiliate program. They have a type of franchise/dealer program, but nothing for online (at least from what I can tell). Budget truck rentals do, but when I think of moving, UHaul is the first to come to mind, and I'm sure is the same with many other people.

    Talking
CVS used to have an affiliate program at one time. I had them on one of my sites.

I don't know if they do now or not though.

Good thread for OPMs to go out and talk to these merchants too. Thank you for it, T.

    Did Danskin fold?
I used to affiliate with Danskin on CJ but then they expired or decided to leave CJ.

    A Danskin/Capezio dancewear/gymnastics wear would be a good program.

Would AllAboutDance.com fit the bill? I think they are at CJ.

Hobby Lobby was mentioned in Trust's initial post. I, too, would like to see them and/or a couple of good hobby merchants (e.g., Tower, Horizon). Radio control model aircraft and helicopters would be good.

I also would like to see cosmetics lines, manicure/pedicure, and hair products - especially on a network other than CJ.

Costco has an affiliate program but it is only for non costco members. I actually looked that up when I first saw this post and was surprised they don't offer it to full members. The kicker is, though, that customers that buy anything must also get a costco membership.

I always thought Menards should have an affiliate program, but don't think their web site is ready for that yet.

7-Days, Which network are they with? I didn't see any affiliate links on their site or maybe I missed it.

    Guess they don't have one?

Well, I found the link again, but I'm not sure if it is at an affiliate site or not so don't want to post the URL. However, after finding it I see it does talk about the affiliate program, but does not provide any link to it, so perhaps it is true there is no affiliate program.

    APC.com

I've had a site www.nonstopbackup.com running for while from a prior business we sold but kept name and even contacted apc to get an affiliate program running a while back for some items and since I also used to be an apc reseller back then thought would be good, but so far no luck. We even thought of selling them domain which would be cool, but nothing less than 8 figures. Or if they start an affiliate program and I sell on that domain we all could make 8 figures easy just selling their racks and data centers.

Did a search on Ulta and this was the first thread. They're back at CJ.

A few from one of the lists above have programs as well:

    Ballard Designs
    Dillard's
    Gateway
    Skechers
    Ulta

    Somebody get these guys http://www.germandeli.com

Somebody, please convince etsy.com to get an affiliate program.
If hobby lobby ever created a program I'd take a good look at it.
