I have never seen this happen before, but Google is down!!!

    All I get is:

    Server Error
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in a minute or so.

Google's servers are probably overloaded with all the webmasters checking out how they rank after this most recent update has stabilized somewhat.

So, let's get organized, everyone. Just ONE A TIME, OK?

Looks like it's back up now. At least for me.

I just got up, so did Google. Judging from my traffic log, it doesn't look like it was down for too long though.

Suspect these sites weren't actually "down", just having some routing problems like many others today.

I put an emergency call into my sys admin earlier 'cos my server was "down". In fact they could see everything fine from where they are. Hopefully most other people could too. Seems all back to normal now.

Yes, it seems it's back to normal. I wonder what the problem was...

I wonder if it's related to the Infocon Yellow Alert?
