October 22nd, 2007, 01:49 AM #1Alexander's Fifth Birthday
Time flies and Alex is now five
A couple of pictures below, you'd not be the only ones thinking it was a Super Hero get together rather than a birthday party
Delving into the first present.
Uh Oh Alex has turned into Iron Man
...and into Spider Man
...and into Captain America
... who gains his shield and two floppy ears...
Drum kit from the Grandparents, Nancy (the dog ) looks worried.
The first bars of happy birthday start and Alex looks awfully patient as he waits for his cake
First cut for the birthday boy.
Wonderful day, happy to share it with all my friends here on ABW.

He's really sweet
A drum kit from the grandparents? What have you done to annoy them recently?

Time sure does fly, I remember when you announced his birth!
I too am thinking the grandparents are getting even.
Looks like Alex had a great day!

Yes the soothing tones of a drum kit being given a good beating always help me focus on the task at hand...and a shield to the head can ensure I don't doze off too! He changed suits about 10 times on the day, we've nailed him down to one a day now

You've nailed him onto a suit??? The poor child ... I don't blame him for hitting you over the head with the shield and using agressive drumming to get his own back

Amazingly cute pics Chris. Man oh man, I remember his baby pics like it was yesterday, he's growing really fast and is truly a handsome little bugger. I guess the super hero outfits were to keep up with his super hero Daddy (Captain Affiliate)Continued Success,
