October 23rd, 2007, 12:18 PM #1floralhomedecor.com - No Products Just Leaks
I received a new merchant email from PFX for floralhomedecor dot com so I looked at the site. What I found was astonishing. It is a site that is nothing more than a search engine-type site linking to other sites. They say they're a merchant, but they have NO PRODUCTS - only links to real merchant sites.
Their announcement even boasts that they have BYOL - what is an affiliate supposed to creat a link to? A search results page?
To add insult to injury, when you close the window, you get a load of POP-UNDERS!
We've seen merchants with a few such links, but how can they claim to even be a merchant and how can PFX accept and promote them, when they are nothing more than a collection of links?
I couldn't find any content, either.

The link in the email is to floralhomedecor dot com. That is the site that is being promoted in the email. There is no reference whatsoever to floralhomedecor dot net.

Actually, I see no web address in the email which was sent. There is an email address( a dot com) but no web address which says dot com.
There is a link within the email to log into CC and apply.
Please let me know if you need anything else and I hope that this clarifies things.
