Thanks for posting. It will be nice to see The Office as I often miss it. Just got my dual monitor setup here so I can watch on one and work on the other.

Has anyone used Hulu yet? I understand you need to install software as the player and the last time I did this is took over too much % of my home computer processor...

    ...any feedback good or bad?

I use it quite often. I don't recall ever installing anything, in fact I never signed up. I think you have to sign up only if you want to post message or subscribe to shows. I just watch shows I miss due to a scheduling conflict.

ABC does have their own player that I had to download to watch shows on their site. I've never looked at hulu, but if they are pulling the content from ABC they might need you to use the native player from the originating website.

Yes, if you look at the videos on Lost they say 'Watch at ABC". ABC, American Broadcasting Company, is a television network here in the USA.

You can probably watch it directly at abc.com rather than using hulu.com. Probably would get a better throughput going directly anyway. I use hulu for Hells Kitchen and Celebrity Apprentice, which are on FOX and NBC and apparently allow hulu to host the video directly.

I love Hulu. Glad NBC and Fox came to the realization that its just as good to let people watch the shows from them then have to have a punch of pirates downloading torrents weekly... why not get some ad revenue off it...lol and control content.

When I was living in London the BBC put out their version called the iplayer and it's simply aweful. The software takes over your machine CPU, even when you're not using it, so I had to uninstall it. But I'll give ABC a go

Just read Disney has bought 30% stake in Hulu today so there's some more good content coming soon... http://digitalmedia.strategyeye.com/...l=i5OJELdufAQW

Ive worked with a disney program before and they are extremely protective of their content so this is a massive move by them

I can view CBS with a proxy ip but I have not found a good proxy site/service that works good. I did not try Hulu but I would think it would work. All they do is check your IP.

I'm a hulu junkie. FirstonMars.com is not bad as a video show search engine. I killed way too much time watching reality tv shows. FirstonMars.com is a client of Will thats a great speaker about SEO at the affiliate summits.
