Merchant Have No Fund To Pay Commission
    Hi,

CJ just told me that my payment can't be issued this month because merchant has not make a full deposit to CJ to pay out the commission. This is not acceptable since we already sold their product and need our share. Does anybody experience this before ?

Yup, it's not unheard of at all. CJ has always said if they don't get paid you don't get paid.

With posts like yours you should include the merchant.

You could end up having this issue in CJ or most of the networks. If merchant does not pay, the network won't pay. Some exceptions could be SAS with merchants on Auto Deposit or instances where the money is pre-deposited by merchants with the network (I think SAS operates on this model if I am not wrong)

LOL - Do you avoid something because the risk is 1 to 5% or lower. I work with many CJ merchants and risk of not getting certain percent of earned commissions is built in my model. It is simply the risk of doing business. Factor in and move on.

Are you sure the merchant's name is "credit solution", or it is with CJ? I just did a merchant search but couldn't find any merchant named "credit solution".

For the years I've been working with CJ merchants, I don't think I've had any payment problem with them.

Aha, a little "s" make big difference

I don't have relationship with them. By just looking at it's profile, this merchant seems like having a very good stand.

    Very impressive.

Re-iterating a hint that another poster gave you here.....

Your CJ problem is a PRIMO example of why it is sooo important to consider the network the merchant is on when evaluating a program. If the merchant is on Share A Sale and is on Auto Deposit, you'll avoid this kind of mess.
