What If They Don't Have A Credit Or Debit Card?
You've got visitors going to your site wanting to buy, but they don't have a debit or credit card. Other than sending payment via mail, are there other ways they can buy???

    Thank you.

ya, Paypal, wire transfers, online checks, etc....all depends on the merchants and what they offer.

For consumers without credit cards, I always suggest that they use PayPal's virtual debit card. You can also link to credit cards with an easy approval process. (Think like an affiliate! What do they need?)

Similar to Western Union is MoneyGram -- but again, they would have to pay extra as well to send it.

Even better idea: Sign up with WesternUnion and offer them a way to get a prepaid Mastercard. I believe SAS has a program for WU.

It is a MasterCard debit card, what makes it unsafe? How is it different from your bank's Matercard debit card? Just trying to understand, I wouldn't want to be promoting something that is unsafe.

If you are selling non-tangibles such as Ebooks, then phone billing is a good option, not least since the phone/cellphone
    is so ubiquitous.

When employed in conjunction with translated geo-targeting, this will allow you to make money on a global scale including from the growth markets of India, Russia, Brazil and China.

There are many prepaid cards out there that most gas stations even sell, with a Visa or Mastercard Logo. The Visa All Access Card website has a zip code locater, and will give you the exact locations of the nearest places that sell the prepaid visa cards.

You can perhaps put a link in your FAQs for people that do not have their own personal cards, and direct them to these.

Of course paypal, western union as most have mentioned.

ACH is really the way to go. There are too many moving parts with instant issue cards....too many steps to complete before the transaction happens, and chances are that the card is just a vehicle for a bank account load. Just hook up with an ACH processor and cut out the card part!
