I'm in the process of writing some terms and conditions for one of my sites, you know, all that legal mumbo-jumbo that nobody reads but we all agree to before we complete any deal online.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice to give on these, any experiences with what to avoid and what to definately include.
Any insights that could be given would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dave
