Contingent and/or referring commissions: Which network?

I'm having a lot of trouble today identifying which affiliate networks can handle "contingent" or "recurring" commissions?
The standard example would be for "web hosting," in which a merchant may promise to pay "$100 for each customer who renews after the first month," or "10% of each month's hosting fees every month."
How easy is it for a merchant to set up and maintain a program that pays contingent and/or recurring commissions? I know that most hosting companies appear to handle the "contingent commission" issue by posting all transactions and then manually reversing the ones that don't survive the contingency, which is a huge issue since the industry has very high reversal rates.
