    Tracking Down?
    I've been getting a lot of emails lately from merchants saying they were having issues with there tracking. So far 5 different merchants emailed me separately saying they were having problems tracking and it's been resolved. Externally scary how many others may have been effected, anyone else getting the same kind of emails?

    You mean like this:

    ConnectCommerce is Performics, so not sure how that ties in to the CJ thread.

    As for the "tracking never affected" statement by CJ, it's not affected. Any issues I've ever seen have all been due to merchant error, and not CJ. I work with quite a number of large CJ affiliate programs on the merchant end, and we've never seen any drop that correlates with any sort of CJ downtime.

    The only issues I've heard of recently were eBay a month+ back, and Musician's Friend (who has the backup data on their end, like a good merchant should), but just had an issue with the pixel firing.


    There was an issue over the summer that delayed reporting for merchants who submit batch data instead of use the pixel, but that was resolved within a few days, and no data was lost since both CJ and the merchants had the raw batch data on hand.
