Im getting so tired of CJ support. It SUCKS!!

I created a support ticket with a very urgent matter last week. And until now not a reply from the support. Im getting so tired of cj.com. I created two tickets and they are just ignored. and it's really urgent. What can I do?

Im in Sweden so calling them is no option. Does anyone got a direct email to any staff or something? Im getting so frustrated. Nothing happends!
