    It's your ISP. See http://forum.abestweb.com/showpost.p...8&postcount=31

    Please name your ISP.

    Been fine here all day.

I'd suggest trying with a different browser.

So does the person whose post I linked. You can confirm it's your ISP by accessing your CJ account through http://www.hidemyass.com which is an anonymous proxy.

I would think twice about logging in through a proxy. They can possibly get your login info or access your account while your session is still active.

    Same error message for me..

I think it must be something at the CJ level, everything else is fine on my system...

That was my post ... but the problem seems to be spreading because I am now getting the 500 Server Error on my husband's computer which is connected through Verizon DSL.

Yep same error on telefonica in spain.

500 server errors are related to the server the site is hosted on not ISP. Obviously if CJ is running on a number of different servers you may be able to acccess it in some areas and not others

Same error here, using FireFox on Charter Cable. Ergh.

Edit: My links are working. I have no way of knowing if they are tracking, though.

    Now What
Good thing is it's not just me and its not my ISP. I would ve had a tough time selling it to my isp that its because of them that I can't login to CJ.

Bad thing is, the problem may remain unresolved till Monday. I want to cry out load.

It seems like there must be multiple servers at CJ and at least one crashed. Since it's not routing people to a good server, it must not think that it is crashed. It thinks it's okay because it is serving a page even though that page is a Java error. If it was a system error, it would probably failover and notify techs who appear to have today off

    Just my 2 cents
