It is better to have more small eggs then having a big egg, so if 1 egg (or 2) broken, you still have more.

I am still not a real affiliate master because I have only 1 egg at the moment (but it's a big one ). I will if my ONLY golden egg broke!

So how many BIG eggs and small eggs do you have?

    Good question...

I have what I consider 4 big eggs.
    Lots of little eggs.

My 4 big eggs consisting of both content sites and straight sales and combinations thereof.

Little eggs - straight sales and fairly new sites.

    I have 5 small eggs.

Still waiting on the elusive first sale.

    What I hope to achieve:

A new site each month, or thereabouts. Eventually they will start earning a modest income, and it will accumulate with time, as I get better at SEO and marketing and design and then with more and more sites earning more and more eventually I will have enough to live from.
    Then - bye bye J.O.B...

My fear for many affiliates is that all their eggs, big and small, come in a box marked Google. Google is the Uber-egg.

I have one big content egg, that feeds a number of smaller revenue eggs (they could stand on their own if needed). Together they generate almost as much as my day job...

Now working on a second big egg which will use a brand new engine (moving from ASP to PHP for the engine), but having trouble getting motivated. I'm afraid that as spring comes (yes, it's snowing HERE too!) I'll be even less motivated - all I really need is one good solid weekend to get the engine built out...

My egg is my j - o - b, part of which is managing the affiliate programs for our Web site. So I guess my eggs are a little scrambled?

I had one big egg (j*b) and one small egg about to be lain(a c*ntent website that I thought I might want to make profitable someday.)

But before the small egg was laid, the big one hit the concrete floor.

Now I have one small egg up, and a medium sized one about to lay, and more after that....

Or am I just having a cow?

Um, I think I'm taking this metaphore/pun thing too far. I think I should go back to coding now.

It's Monday, it's snowing outside ... and this board is making my day!

[doesn't hurt that our cumulative March numbers came out and it was a great month!]

1 Huge egg, 1 nice little egg, kinda unique egg people want. Some eggs still waiting to be hatched.
