    Exclamation Problem logging in
    Anyone else having problems logging in? When I log in it brings me to the GoldenCan home page. When I click on "My Account" it does the same. Has been happening to me all day!!!

    I tried again and got in. Then I went back tried and now keep getting kicked back to the log-in page.

    We are not having any issues with GoldenCAN, everything seems to be working fine. Can you tell me what browser and operating system are you using so i can try to duplicate the problem you are having? Are you using any kind of program to automate certain tasks?

    I cleaned my cache this am and did not have any problems logging in.

    I had the same problem last week. I just tried again this morning and my login works again.

    I am getting no results on GoldenCan searches. Are they down?

    GoldenCAN search is workign fine. Can you tell me the name of the merchant for which you are trying to search or this is multiple merchant's store? Send us some detail using the contact form so we can look into it.

    We have seen some users hitting GoldenCAN search again and again for different keywords when the queries are not actually generated by the users on their website. If you are generating automatic search queries against GoldenCAN your store might get blocked. GoldenCAN search is for the users on the website not to populate one’s database with search results.

    Thank you for the email. We were able to find the problem and fix it. all searches should be workign fine now.
