I just order some medifast stuff.
I like the approach. It is similar to the body for life plan (6 small meals a day), but even less calories and not as much exercise needed.
I think anything that reduces calories and reduces meal proportions with decent nutrition and exercise will work if you stick to it.
Medifast is easy because you eat mostly their food.
