    pages won't load now Google dropped me out of pg 1
    I've noticed the last 3 days that my popshops pages on my site won't load. It's been off and on so haven't said anything. But today Google dropped my site from page 1 to who knows where. I'm not an SEO expert and I know Google can be fickle but I'm thinking if the google bot can't read my site because the pages won't load then it's not going to get indexed very well.
    Is this an ongoing problem with popshops? I love the program but if this continues I can't see how this will work. I can't have my site going down like it has been.

    The downtime is beginning to concern me as well. My pages are not even loading right now. Come on PopShops get this downtime issue straightened out, I'm paying for this service.

    I just hit a couple of my popshops pages and they're loading fine and fast. (these are 100-item too)

    Can you please send the details to support@popshops.com? Just a reminder, that this forum is great, but for support, we don't have the info we need, especially with the level of anonymity that surrounds our posts.

    We need info like:

    * What is the name of your shop?
    * What is the URL of your site?
    * What time did you notice slowness?

    Also, please keep in mind that images will slow down page loading and that you are downloading images directly from the merchants. So, if you have more than 10-12 products in your shop, the page may load slowly depending on how large the original images are.

    JessieJ - The reason I didn't send a support ticket is because the problem seems to come and go. My shops are loading fine now so you won't be able to see the problem. This is usually the case. If it is for a great amount of time I will send in a support ticket with the info you requested.

    Even if it is for a short amount of time, if you could take a look at the clock and let us know what time it was for, that would help us troubleshoot.

    JesseJ - I have sent an e-mail to support with the information you requested. All shops are loading quickly right now. If I see the problem again I will e-mail support the time it occurred. Thanks for your help.

    sorry i didn't reply sooner didn't notice there were responses to this thread.

    Anyway, my site has been working better lately and I'm happy to say that I'm back on Googles first page.

    Thank you for all of your hard work. I really do like popshops

    Currently, I can't even log in to PopShops. Is this a problem anyone else is having? I like to know before I send in a support ticket.

    Haven't checked my shops yet. Will do shortly.
    ETA: Shops seem to be loading okay. Just can't log in.

    Just logged in with no problem. I do notice that my shops are loading kind of slow though.

    I have not had any problems signing in nor had slower loading times today.

    I did report a problem with Avenue (women's apparel) because they are only showing 45 products total (which resulted in a lot of inactive products for me, even though they really aren't inactive).
