ok a question on how to get better prepared for next year -

what can we as AM's do for you to make the holiday season more successful?
When would you like to have creative, specials, coupons and new data feeds for your Holiday sales?

This year I'm going to focus my efforts on year-around sales. I want my June-Aug to be as strong as this past Q4. Now that would be great.

Just off the top of my head, at 11:30 pm PST, I think merchants did a much better job this year preparing and sending createive re holiday products, holiday sales, etc., than in years past, but I spent some time today on an after-christmas discount section for one site, and I found that only a very small number of my merchants had sent out emails with after-Christmas creative, and in searching through available links, I only found a couple of others that I could use.

Last year, I did very well the 4 days following Christmas, but I'm apprehensive about coming even close to that this year.
