December 26th, 2007, 10:40 AM #1CJ email question
Every so often, I get these emails "from" commission junction telling me of invalid clicks. Usually, I go over and check & see on the home page that I have no invalid clicks.
This email was different - it said that I had deactivated partners generating invalid clicks. I was stupid- I admit it! I clicked the link in the email...
So, after being a total dum-dum, I left a message on the ignored CJ contact us board to please change my password immediately & to contact me by secure means.
Do they even *look* at their message board????
Well, there is no way to change the password yourself, and maybe I might lose a couple days sales.
I really wonder about CJ and if there are really live humans there or just a bunch of mice who ignore blinking lights and screeching computers.

Hopefully it's not too late.

Thank you so much! I've never been able to change that terrible thing & now it's changed to one of my secure passwords.
Like I said, if there are 2 days of lost income, no biggie. I don't know what else could happen - but it looks like there were few clicks on my merchants.
I'm unable to get the links I need right now for new pages, so I'll wait for a couple days before trying again. I have other networks I can use instead.
