Question Which email software is affiliate friendly ?
i just downloaded and installed the latest thunderbird, i found that we can no longer force the software to display all images in html messages. And they mark nearly all messages as junk.

This made me impossible to read affiliate newsletters properly.

Thus, if you know which software program is good recently, please share

    - must able to support two or more POP email accounts
    - able to change font size for easier to read

Is the Windows Mail come with Vista good to use ?
how about outlook or outlook express now ?

    thanks

I use the Windows Mail that comes with Vista.

    It has a junk folder.

When I get mail I just check the junk folder to see if I want anything in it and then delete the contents.

If you see something you want in it - hi-lite the e-mail message and click on the not junk button and it moves it to regular mail automatically.

now i am thinking if it is a good idea to use gmail to retrieve all my web hosting email account emails

next , i can use gmail POP3 option to download all email messages form my gmail account in one go

Any risk or shortcoming for this approach to email management ?

Also i will try out Vista Windows Mail program

I have my email software set to not display html, and I use a gmail address to subscribe to most newsletters. I set gmail to forward a copy to one of my email addresses, and that way I can see when there's an email that I do want to see all the html and images - I then log-on to gmail to read it online.

I use PocoMail to retrieve all my email to my machine.

Most of my email comes to one or two gmail addresses I have set up. I leave the originals on gmail, then download copies via PocoMail to my hard drive.

If the hard drive crashes -- and I've had two crash in the last five years! -- I can get all my email back from gmail.

Oh, and I've got two or three "throw away" gmail addresses I use for subscribing to newsletters and stuff that might spam me.
