    This is not a sales pitch for our software. I am simply looking to conduct a private survey from merchants who have "shopped around" for affiliate tracking software.

    I assume you're talking software for merchants to track their affiliates' sales? Or are you talking about something else?

    Haiko, would you please ask that person to contact me, or ask them if I can contact them? That would be helpful. I don't like unhappy campers.

    To clarify though, it's your client, not KowaBungas client? I'd love to hear why.

    He is my client because I built his site, spec'ed the cart and designed his fulfillment backend.

    Kowabunga needs to contact their client base for these kind of surveys. I have 2 clients who paid them (no finder signup fees to me after 2 years) and one in particular is very displeased. The affiliate signup script hasn't worked for 5 months after some Kowabunga tweeking. Look up your records for Brent McNutt at Medicalville.com

    Adam, I have no idea why. I'm not allowed to know more? That's fine, although I'd be happy to help solve the issue. Contact me privately so we can chat?

    Ecomcity, we do contact our customers (some of them so far, the rest eventually). I was asking for non-kb customers. If you're displeased, please contact me privately and let me know why so we can resolve the issue. Ask your clients to contact me as well if you would.
