    Exercise for People Over 50
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 5-lb potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.

Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.

After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb sacks.

After a few more weeks, try 50-lb potato sacks and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato sack in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute.

After you feel confident at that level, you can try puttting a potato in each of the sacks.

Of course you first have to eat the potatoes to create the empty sacks.

Or... Find a potato grower that will sell you some bags! hint, hint.

In case anyone's interested... I have, 5, 10, 20, and 50lb. bags on hand, and can get 100lb. and 1000lb. bags on short notice!

I think I'll start off with a french fry in each bag first as the potatoe might be a bit much. Of course, I can't waste the rest of the french fries, so I'll have to eat them each day. Yeah, that sounds like the way to go.....
