I almost missed this but my order is in.

The PayPal confirmation page was for the affiliatemanagerbook. I hope I didn't mess up.

It didn't ask for a mailing address. Does PayPal send your the one with my account.

The printer is still aiming at having them ready by 22 February. So there are good chances that I will personally hand autographed copies to the Vegas Summit attendees (not all :-), only those that are members of ABW, and pre-ordered it via the above-quoted webpage) at the end of February.

PayPal only allows one confirmation or return page per account in its setup.

Correct. And don't you worry about that, my friends. This ordering process is for ABW-ers only, and I am reviewing every pre-order I get via this thread. You will all get your books just fine (regardless of the confirmation page being on the affiliatemanagerbook.com website).

We are already working on a companion-website for the "Online Shopping Through Consumers' Eyes", and it is this new site that will have the official book order page (btw, the price there will be in the range of $24.99).

Today my wife has asked me if I could write a fairy tale for our daughter like Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (known to the world as Lewis Carroll) -- who lived and worked just two blocks from the place we lived in Oxford -- did for the daughter of Dr. Liddell, dean of Christ Church College (part of the University of Oxford). If one day I do get to writing a fairy tale for my Princess, and publish it too, I am happy to know that at least one person will buy the book.

Yes, but they will have to be two separate orders [one - from here, and another one - from here], as the Guide ships from Los Angeles, whereas the autographed copies of the new book will ship from where I am now (Greater DC).
