We are looking for a top-notch, results driven candidate that will help us cultivate our base of affiliate partners, as well as identify new business partners and opportunities. We are also taking our business model to the next level by expanding into new vertical markets.

As the Sales Manager – Affiliate Networks, you will be responsible for leading a team of account executives to maximize our existing customer base, target and acquire new affiliates, and establish relationships to support new, vertical market growth. Compensation will be in the form of a base salary plus commission, commensurate with results.

Our ideal candidate should have lead generation industry experience and a passion for on-line marketing. In addition, you should have:

- 3+ years demonstrated success in lead generation/affiliate sales
- Solid understanding of on-line marketing and affiliate networks
- Proven track record managing sales teams and/or sales initiatives
- Passion for delivering superior customer service
- Outstanding communication- and relationship building skills
- Strong technical skills and aptitude
- Excellent analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
