Our research and technology based marketing products and services help post-secondary schools enroll and retain students so that they can start and complete necessary education. Datamark is currently hiring an Affiliate Coordinator to work with the Strategic Offerings group.

The Affiliate Coordinator must be results driven, able to maintain positive and clear relationships with affiliates, while monitoring the effectiveness of ongoing affiliate performance. The Affiliate Coordinator will need to direct both the Datamark and Client affiliate networks.


Specific duties will include:

• Oversee the recruitment, approval, management, and payment of affiliates on the program
• Monitor and manage effectiveness of the Affiliates and adherence to program guidelines.
• Monitor all budgets and expenditures
• Make recommendations as to which affiliates should be added to or removed from program based on research, reporting, and client needs.
• Execute new lead generation opportunities – Search out and contact potential affiliate sites and integrate into our program. Using social media, web search and others connect with potential affiliates and help them join our program.
• Stay current on all news pertaining to affiliate marketing.
• Contribute to and participate in online forums, blogs and newsletters in our messaging to current and prospective affiliates.
• In conjunction with our reporting analyst accurately report and reconcile on all invoices for the various clients.

Requirements:

• BS or BA degree preferred, but not required
• Previous Affiliate – Affiliate management experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Ability to write in a clear, succinct manner
• Ability to interact via phone, email, IM in a quick and immediate way. Affiliates rely on us for timely accurate updates and information. You will be their first point of contact – much like account management.
• Presentation and client facing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
