Hi Shipreck,
Thanks for the question. I am honored to have your first post include a question for the CSN program. I went onto the SAS affiliate interface, and used the custom link builder to create the trackable link below. This is a deep link to one of our product pages on our csnbaby site. http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?u=XX...DFJ1108%2Ehtml The, XXXXXX, is where your unique SAS affiliate ID will go. Please let me know if you have any other questions about that. Thanks, Brent Brent Elias Affiliate Manager Belias@CSNStores.com

Deep Linking
Brent:
I am a brand new CSN affiliate, and having trouble with the deep linking. As per your post below to 'shipreck', am I to understand that I can simply paste that code, substituting the XXXs with my affiliate ID? Thanks, Kerry |

You got it. The "create a custom link to a page" option under the "Get Links" section on your SAS interface. Feel free to email me at Belias@csnstores.com if you are still having trouble with this. Thanks and welcome to the program, Brent

Brent:
Thanks for your quick response. But I have another question: So, I figured out how to generate the link by adding the desired product destination page that I am after. Pretty easy. However, when I paste the newly generated code into the webpage with my editor (Netscape Composer), the editor changes all the ampersands ("&") in the link code to "&" which causes the link to fail. I know that the link works, b/c it will direct me to the correct CSN store page if I paste it directly into the address bar of my browser. (i.e. with the "&" unchanged). Have any other affiliates encountered this? I suspect that the change is probably done automatically to make the code compliant. (I've tried two other browsers - NVU and Frontpage to no avail. Would appreciate any insight Thx. Kerry |
