If they do, then...

Do they called the cops before, or after the cigarette?

If they called before the cigarette, the movie wasn't that good.

If they called after the cigarette, then they probably kept a copy of the video for later use.

If the couple, or just one of them ever become famous, just keep an eye on YouTube for the evidence.
