Are you a Viator affiliate or are you in the Partner program? Either way, the PPC rules for either are outlined in the program terms. No Direct to Viator PPC is allowed, nor is bidding on a number of keywords that are trademarked by Viator and some of our tour partners.

I thought that Viator's terms prohibit the use of their name in the domain in any form?

Logo and Trademark Usage.
Publisher represents and warrants to Viator that except for the limited, personal right to use the Licensed Materials as set forth herein, it shall not use or display (directly or indirectly), the Licensed Materials or any trademark, logo, or branding (including, without limitation, any misspelling or substantially similar version thereof) of Viator, in any manner whatsoever including without limitation, in any search engine marketing or optimization, in any domain name, any other online/offline marketing or advertising, press releases, etc.). Publishers may not bid on trademarked terms either alone or in combination with other terms. Phrase and broad matched bidding that includes the trademarked terms is prohibited. i.e. Viator promo codes or Viator coupons. Affiliates doing so are subject to immediate termination. Additionally, PPC bidding direct to Viator is not allowed. Ads must be directed to the Publishers landing page that includes links to Viator tours.

The domain above isn't the affiliate's domain. It's an incorrect Viator url. But definitely NOT the affiliate's.
