Adsense is becoming more potent in more ways than just payment. The Adsense publisher's capability might overlap [infringe upon?] The Adwords affiliate's capability.
Quote:
"With this new change, participating ad networks can also bid in our auction to appear on AdSense sites. This new capability will help you generate the most profit for every ad that appears on your site, whether the ads come from AdWords advertisers or Google-certified ad networks."

I thought I saw this posted previously but can't find it now. Could be I just saw it in an email.

First, I think this is a terrible move for Adsense. The one thing they have going for them that other networks can't say is that all ads on the network are their own. IT gives publishers a since of some sort of 'quality control' even if there isn't.

Now lets see who can put 2 and 2 together to come up with the what 4 at Google.
