Affiliate Marketing and Partner Programs Manager

Our client is looking for a seasoned Internet Marketer to manage customer acquisition through Affiliate and Partner Program channels. This position reports directly to the VP.
General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for strategic direction and management of client’s Affiliate and Partner Programs.
• Identify and implement new customer acquisition opportunities to increase brand exposure and sales.
• Identify vertical markets that are hot targets for office products sales and pursue partnerships within those verticals.
• Develop key affiliate promotional/loyalty programs to increase exposure and hit aggressive new sales growth targets.
• Manage BeFree/Commission Junction and Linkshare affiliate marketing programs.
• Manage planning and measurement of customer acquisition ROI.
• Analyze affiliate traffic, including user trends and paths, and make recommendations for website enhancements to improve performance.
• Monitor weekly performance metrics, payment structure and overall affiliate budget and deliver financial plan commitments.
• Cultivate relationships with key affiliate industry executives.
Requirements:
• College degree required.
• 4 years of Marketing and/or Business Development experience.
• Experience working with BeFree/Commission Junction and Linkshare affiliate marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data to enhance decision-making.
• Experience in identifying, analyzing and acquiring new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Office Products industry experience preferred but not required.
• Project management skills are essential.
• Strong team player
