Okay,

We're getting in a new product that I have a feeling could be extremely successful for affiliate marketing. That product is the Wherify GPS Personal Locator. Have any of you heard about these yet? They've been all over the news including the TODAY show so they've got a great buzz built up around them already.

Essentially this is a wrist worn GPS locator that looks like a watch. This is a device that a child could wear and then that childs parents could always now exactly where their kid was. The unit even has a panic button that the kid can push if he or she gets in too trouble. Also, this could be something say that an Alzheimers patient could wear that way loved ones could be assured of the safety of that individual. There are a ton of uses...

The best part is that the person doing the tracking can do it online at the Wherify website or over the phone by calling a toll-free number.

This will be a hot item, it was voted "The Latest Must Have..." by Parenting Magazine, Voted "Best of Innovations" by the Consumer Electronics Asssociation and "Best New Technology" at RetailVision.

The unit includes a built in watch, a built in pager and a saftey lock that makes removing the unit extremely difficult...also if the unit is cut off it automatically triggers the 911 Request.

We'll be carrying both colors of the watch. These should be up on our site no later than tomorrow evening and hopefully sooner. They come in different sizes and right now we have in the small to medium sizes in both blue and purple.

These are screaming for someone to make some specialized pages about. They've got money written all over them.

Oh, and get this. These are going to sell for $399.99! Commission of $12.00 each that's not huge but it's better than an $88.88 DVD player.

I Just found out that Wherify has their own affiliate program....At first I was a little bummed out but then i just decided I'll match it!

Any Wherify piece sold will get a 5% commission, I will do manual upgrade on this. Plus $10...so that comes out to $29.99 in comission. This will be for a limited time. When Wherify stops giving $10 I will too, But I'll continue at 5%. There's one caveat to this the price will be full retail of $399.99. If we decide that our sales volume could be greater at a lower sales price the 5% commission will go away. You'd be selling more in this case and make up for any loses in volume.
