I bought some advertising with them, and found it to be decent. Definately got some sales off of the advertising, in spite of the fact that I did not really target my ads well.

They had a sale in June, but right now you can still purchase 100,000 impressions for $99.

If you have a site that would blend well with www.itpaystolearn.com you might give them a shot.
