Just got a note from Pete N explaining how WhenU is just another means of providing "high-quality traffic" for FindWhat Customers.

I explained to him that I did not agree and that while he may be willing to risk FindWhat's reputation, I would, by no means, allow him to risk mine.

So, my Findwhat terms remain offline.

I have not yet received any response to my letter to FindWhat about this.

Elisabeth, I haven't received a response from my email to the general customer service addy, but I lifted Pete N's addy from the other thread and wrote directly to him.

I emailed them this morning - my account is at zero and will stay there (was spending ~$1200/month)

We're still offline with them, too. Not another dime to PPCs who do this kind of thing.

I shut them off, too. Keep getting the reminders of my low account balance.

I just accidentily emailed a "white" merchant (not on any list) with my standard WhenU letter. He was quite concerned and is interested in learning more. This made me aware that WhenU is probably going to continue joining more affiliate programs. Maybe, instead of mailing only to the black-listed merchants, we could also be gaining support from the white-list merchants and warning those who auto-approve affiliates.
