I would nominate Ms.B.
Usually when she needs to moderate there is a small, sometimes long, explanation with it, I think this helps aleviate any hard feelings that may arise and lets the person know why their post was moderated, also for my money this seems to cut down the number of flames we used to get with one or two of the other mods.
