We're looking for someone with management experience, self-motivated, a real go-getter. Sales experience is a must, as this person would head up recruiting efforts, building relationships with our top affiliates, etc. Would have one individual for support. The Niche' Commerce/Netshops concept is very expandable if they break from just attracting template feed site affiliates. An AM, in a sales type operation like this, should look at easily expanding their combined appeal to additional types of active affiliates. With their automated product feed expertise they'd be a natural for licensing a Safe Haven Network model. They could quickly populate a common shopping cart/ecatalog and develop expanded targeted affiliate traffic to the new SHN type NetShops Mall. The Feed affiliates still funnel their SERP and site traffic to each niche merchant while other affiliates funnel targeted traffic to the combined Mall's offerings. Ron could easily juggle all these tasks and he speaks your language and understands your culture.
