Unhappy Magazine Agent Problems?

Hi Reha,

Are there problems with your email system, or has there been a change up in who works there?

For several weeks now I've tried contacting folks at Magazine Agent regarding various problems, including broken links and images all throughout the private label setups, as well as customer support issues .... but I've yet to receive any sort of reply.

No problem in my court, just butting in here. This is one of the reasons I just LOVE programs with good OPM's - they take over the aggravation factor, watch your back, and probably pack a bigger punch than any individual publisher can when it comes to getting action on things.

Our email has been down for the last 24 hours and is now trickling in....

I answered your email regarding customer support issues and informed you that we no longer have an customer support email address. In order to get customer service customers need to log-in to their account via the subscription manager or call 866-560-7592 with subscription issues.

I also informed you that the broken images on your site were due to you using custom graphics versus our templates. If you did not get these emails let me know and I will resend them.

Vouchers will be updated tonight and are late because.........I spaced.

Hmmm. I haven't received any emails from you since Sept 13, and there's no email filtering being done on the address you have (my private one) ... so no idea there. shrug.

Could you resend the messages.

Also, could you let me know about using your templates VS. custom graphics. With the templates do we still get a spot to put our logos?

Cash was sent to beFree on Friday and they should be getting checks out asap (if they did not today). There maybe a day delay due to the veteran's days holiday.

However the delay from November 1 to November 10 was entirely my fault.

It's not that your not "special"... it's that you haven't been here long enough for PM privileges.. all you need to do is continue to be part of the ABW family and in no time you'll get those PM privileges..

Actually, I've been here plenty long. I've been a member of the Usubscribe program since July of 2002, and I signed up in this form around the time I received a notice about in in Jan of this year.

The way AbestWeb has the forums setup for affiliate program managers is ridiculous.

This is the online support forum for members of Reha's program. Members should be able to correspond with their program manager privately if they so choose, and at the very least they should be able to receive messages from the program managers.

No. Checks aleady went for the month. If you are refering to the voucher for sales that occured during the month of November, those don't get reviewed until the end of December.
