Question about Live Help
Earlier today I downloaded the HTTP Analyzer that Donuts gave a link to here on ABW.
Now bear in mind I know next to nothing about all this stuff.......... I got the HTTP Analyzer up and I went to one of my links for BackCountryStore and clicked on one then and I saw (This is as true as I am typing this) every ten seconds precisely the Live Help did something to make the HTTP Analyzer record it. Now what it did I have no idea but for the life of me I cannot see why Live Help contact my computer every ten seconds exactly for no reason. I know you guys say they do not overwrite affiliate ID's and all that but why would they do something every ten seconds for nothing? Could you guys look into this please and let me know why they do it if they stand to gain nothing? I also noticed (shown in images) that there aparently is no cookie set could anyone explain this for me please? [edited to add two images] image 1  image 2

Yes bwc, Donuts posted a link to it yesterday or the day before.
Not to worry about Live Help guys, options tells me it is quite normal behaviour. Quote:

I spoke with our CTO and he said this is normal for Live Person. Let me know if you have any more concerns.
